In today’s dynamic and demanding work environment, more and more people are functioning at the edge of their capacity. Overload, lack of recovery, and prolonged stress gradually lead to professional burnout — often before we even realize that something is truly wrong.

It doesn’t happen suddenly.
First comes fatigue. Then a loss of joy. And eventually, the feeling that each new day requires more and more energy.

Join the workshop on February 21

If you recognize yourself in these words, this workshop is for you:

  • you feel constant fatigue, even after rest

  • it’s becoming harder to stay motivated and engaged

  • you’re operating on “autopilot,” without a sense of satisfaction

  • you feel that “this can’t go on,” but don’t know how to slow down

  • you keep putting yourself last because “there’s no time right now”

The workshop is designed for adults working in demanding professional environments who experience prolonged stress or overload and want to better understand the mechanisms of burnout. It is a psychoeducational format, suitable both for those noticing early warning signs and for those who have been living under high strain for a longer period of time.

You don’t have to go through this alone.

The workshops are led by Regina Matuszna — a clinical psychologist, physiotherapist, and educator with over 20 years of experience working with adults, including leaders and management teams.

In her work, she combines psychology with body-based approaches. This allows participants not only to understand burnout, but also to genuinely interrupt its mechanisms — at the level of emotions, thinking patterns, and physiological responses.

These are not “motivational” workshops or therapy.
They are a safe, knowledge-based space grounded in expertise and real-world experience.

What do you gain from participating in the workshop?

The original workshops by Regina Matuszna are designed as a psychoeducational format aimed at increasing participants’ knowledge and awareness of professional burnout.

During the workshop, participants will:

  • gain reliable knowledge about what professional burnout is — and what it is not (e.g., temporary fatigue or a short-term drop in motivation),

  • learn to recognize early warning signs that are often ignored or downplayed,

  • increase awareness of how the body and emotions respond to prolonged stress,

  • understand factors that contribute to the development and persistence of burnout,

  • receive information about possible next steps that support balance, energy, and overall wellbeing in everyday life.

An integral part of the workshop is an extended Q&A session, during which participants will be able to:

  • ask questions related to their own experiences,

  • clarify the topics discussed,

  • better understand which next steps may be appropriate for them.

A simple plan — you know exactly what to expect

Step 1: Sign up for the workshop
You reserve your place and give yourself permission to pause for a moment.

Step 2: Understand your burnout mechanism
During the workshop, you learn to recognize signals from your body, emotions, and thoughts, and discover what truly drives your overload.

Step 3: Leave with practical tools
You receive concrete strategies you can implement right away — to protect your energy, health, and motivation in everyday life.

Why is it worth responding now?

When the signs of burnout are ignored, they often lead to:

  • increasing fatigue and health problems,

  • chronic tension and lowered mood,

  • decreased effectiveness and a loss of sense of purpose,

  • difficulties in relationships — both professional and personal,

  • loss of joy in work that once felt meaningful.

By responding early, you can stop this process and regain a sense of control over your life — instead of allowing burnout to make decisions for you.

How might you feel after the workshop?

  • with greater clarity and calm,

  • with a better understanding of your boundaries,

  • with a sense that you have choices again,

  • with practical tools to take care of yourself,

  • with greater balance between work and life.

This is not a promise of a “perfect life.”
It is a real shift in how you function in your everyday life.

What do our clients say about the workshop facilitator?

Marzena

Regina never says anything by chance. I have the sense that every sentence she speaks has meaning and is worth pausing over. I often say that working with her is like walking through the jungle of life with someone who can clear the path for me — but it’s still me who has to walk it. She shows the direction and helps me see what I couldn’t see on my own for years. Thanks to this, I feel that I am truly growing into my life.

Przemek

I was afraid that, as someone with a PhD from a technical university — rational and strongly grounded in logic — I would bounce off very quickly. And yet Regina surprised me — I “bought into it,” because she is deeply grounded in reality and made a strong impression on me.

Her way of speaking was concrete and intellectually well-structured at the same time. That allowed me to engage in the process. Regina has the ability to genuinely understand a man’s point of view.

Teresa

Working with Regina was a very valuable experience for me. She sees a person as a whole — taking into account emotions, experiences, and ways of responding to different situations. She can be warm and attentive, while at the same time clear and direct in her communication. When needed, she knows how to pause and say plainly, “Stop. Look at this differently.”

Talking with her brings greater understanding and helps you view your own patterns from a new perspective.
