CONSCIOUS PARENTING
— HOW TO RAISE A CHILD
WORKSHOP PROGRAM FOR PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS
Workshop in English
Being a parent is one of the most beautiful, yet also one of the most challenging roles in life.
No one truly prepares us for it—we learn through experience, often repeating what we know from our own homes or struggling with what once hurt us.
Conscious parenting is about raising a child not through fear, control, and automatic patterns, but through connection, curiosity, boundaries, respect, and emotional wisdom.
This program will help you build a relationship with your child that supports their development while strengthening you in your role and identity as a parent.

General Information
Our workshops are led by experienced senior psychologists with many years of professional practice in emotional health, personal development, and relationship building.
They combine evidence-based knowledge with a holistic approach, offering practical tools, deep insight, and real-life guidance to support meaningful and lasting change.
Each workshop lasts 2 hours and 15 minutes and is part of a structured program designed to support gradual, sustainable progress. The workshops run in monthly sessions over three consecutive months, allowing time for reflection, integration, and practice between meetings.
This format helps participants not only gain knowledge, but also begin to apply new tools in everyday situations. Parents often leave the program with a clearer understanding of their child’s and their own emotions, more confidence in setting boundaries, and a greater sense of calm and awareness in challenging moments.
While change takes time and personal commitment, this program creates a supportive space for developing skills that can positively influence both the parent and the child over the long term.
