My Experience

I bring over 16 years of international experience in product management, strategic planning, and operations within global consumer goods and textile companies. I have held leadership roles at Inditex Group (Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear), Freudenberg Group, Tally Weijl, and Triumph International, driving profitability, product strategy, and operational performance in growth-focused environments.

Today, I combine corporate operational expertise with sustainable performance principles. As a fractional leader (40–60%), I support SMEs that are scaling but not ready for a full-time C-level hire — bringing structure without losing agility.

At the same time, as a wellbeing trainer, I help you and your team stay balanced and resilient throughout the growth process.
