Welcome the New Season with Balance and Confidence

As summer gently comes to an end, take a morning entirely dedicated to yourself.

This unique workshop combines gentle movement, nervous system regulation and practical foot reflexology techniques that you can continue using at home to naturally support your wellbeing during perimenopause and menopause.

Rather than simply learning the theory, you will experience reflexology first-hand—both by giving and receiving a relaxing treatment under professional supervision.

You'll leave feeling deeply relaxed while gaining practical skills that can become part of your daily self-care routine.

Workshop Programme

1. Nervous System Reset

We begin by preparing the body and mind through a gentle practice designed to regulate the nervous system.

The session combines:

  • gentle yoga
  • Feldenkrais-inspired movement
  • mindful body awareness
  • guided deep relaxation

This first hour allows you to slow down, release accumulated tension and arrive fully present before moving into the practical learning experience.

2. Discover the Secrets of Foot Reflexology

During this interactive session you will discover:

  • the principles of foot reflexology
  • how different reflex areas of the feet correspond to organs and body systems
  • why calming the nervous system plays such an important role during perimenopause and menopause
  • reflex points that may help support relaxation, better sleep and overall wellbeing
  • simple daily self-massage techniques you can safely practice at home
  • how to build your own reflexology self-care ritual in just a few minutes each day

This workshop offers a practical approach rather than an academic lecture—you will learn techniques you can immediately apply in everyday life.

3. Hands-on Reflexology Practice

The best way to learn reflexology is through experience.

Working in pairs, you will:

  • learn a complete relaxation foot reflexology sequence
  • give a 30-minute supervised reflexology session to your workshop partner
  • receive a 30-minute reflexology session yourself
  • receive individual feedback and guidance throughout the practice from the wellbeing trainer

By the end of the workshop you will feel confident using these techniques to support yourself or your loved ones at home.

4. Closing Brunch

We finish the morning together with a delicious brunch in a relaxed atmosphere.

This is a wonderful opportunity to:

  • connect with like-minded women
  • share experiences
  • ask final questions
  • celebrate the end of summer
  • prepare body and mind for the new autumn season

Leave feeling calmer, grounded and inspired to continue your wellbeing journey.
