I’m Katarzyna Wieczorek, Well-being Trainer, Holistic Therapist, and founder of Mindful Evolution — a space created to help people find balance, clarity, and inner strength, especially during major life changes.
After more than 20 years living between the UK, Spain, and Switzerland, I know how hard it can be to start over in a new country — missing family, adapting to a different culture, and trying to build a sense of stability. My own experience with burnout led me to explore holistic healing — from Reiki and Kobido facial therapy to Foot Reflexology and body–mind coaching. Over the past eight years, I’ve been guiding others through emotional and life transitions, combining practical psychology with deeply restorative bodywork and energy healing.
My mission is to bring together experts who understand the connection between mind and body — creating real, human-centered support for people who want to feel well, whole, and truly at home within themselves.

The Birth of Mindful Evolution
From life experience, Mindful Evolution was born — a space created to connect experts with expats and offer truly holistic care. Together with psychologists, coaches, and holistic practitioners, we help people care for their emotional and physical wellbeing through online workshops, small group sessions (max. 15 people), and in-person holistic body treatments at our Basel center. Our holistic therapies — such as Kobido, Reiki, and Foot Reflexology — support nervous system balance, stress reduction, and help in burnout prevention.
