My Journey with Regina’s Personal Development Group Sessions

When I first heard about Regina’s workshops, I was just at the beginning of my journey — my first conversations with a psychologist, my first attempts to truly understand myself. It was actually my therapist, Regina, who told me that she also leads group development sessions. I was given the opportunity to join, and I took it right away, not realizing how much it would change my life.

At the beginning, it was hard. I didn’t yet have the tools or skills to work on myself. The group was demanding — no one there pats you on the back or says, “Oh, poor you…” It’s a space for people who genuinely want to change something within themselves.
I think back then I was still very much in the role of a victim — I craved warmth, understanding, and compassion. But instead, I was met with truth. Sometimes difficult, but always necessary.

Looking back now, I see that it was exactly what I needed to grow. Each meeting became easier, clearer, and more meaningful. I finally started to use what I was learning — not just to listen, but to take action in my own life.

A Group That Clears the Mind

Today I can say that these meetings are something truly special for me. It’s like a breath of fresh air for the mind.
In everyday life — at work, in my family, among friends — I don’t always have people around me who consciously work on themselves. But in this group, everyone contributes something. Everyone shares their experiences, ways of coping, and their own truth.

That’s incredibly valuable to me. By listening to others, I can compare their experiences with my own, see what resonates with me and what doesn’t — and draw lessons for myself.

Sometimes I can’t attend the group sessions every month, but when I know I won’t be able to come, I literally feel my heart tighten. Because these are not just “classes.” They’re my ritual — my space to breathe, to step away from everyday life for a moment, and to look deeper within myself.

A Place Without Comforting, but Full of Action

This isn’t a group where everyone hugs and tells each other nice things. There’s a lot of real work happening there. Everyone comes to truly work on themselves.
I won’t hide it — sometimes I miss a bit more warmth or closeness. But I also know that each of us is on our own path, focused on our personal process. And that’s okay.

I still remember the first time I met Kasia — we didn’t know each other well yet. She came up to me, smiled, and simply hugged me. I was surprised, but it made me feel something incredibly warm inside. It was something I had been missing back then.
Now, I no longer expect it, because I’ve learned that I can give that warmth to myself. But I still remember that moment to this day.

Knowledge That Changes Life

The greatest value of these group sessions is the knowledge — truly vast, practical, and deeply connected to real life.
Regina has incredible experience — both theoretical and practical, drawn from her years of therapeutic work. The way she explains things, connecting theory with real-life examples, really speaks to me.

Thanks to that, it’s easier for me to absorb what I learn and actually apply it in everyday life.
It’s not the kind of knowledge you store away and forget — it’s something you can start using right away to make real change.

About Regina

Regina is a very straightforward woman — full of knowledge and extraordinary energy.
She has something I call “the energy that makes you stand tall.” Working with her isn’t easy, but it’s incredibly effective. If you truly want to grow, you won’t stand still with her.
She doesn’t let you get lost in details — you go straight to the core.

Why I Keep Coming Back

The group sessions with Regina have become something more than just personal development for me. They’re my safe haven — but also a place that motivates me to take action.
It’s not “nice” in the traditional sense — it’s real.
And maybe that’s exactly why I keep coming back. Because from every conversation, every story, every reflection, I take something that truly changes my life.
